So the bottom line, how do we think that it is so hot that an irreversible end of the world, caused by Republicans, Sarah Palin and George Bush, is in process? Faith. A belief in those things not proved by evidence, but what we want to be true, the Ludditic thought that Baseball and the Hot Dog have done it now. And the Christian Haters will insist that this religion be the center of public policy, which will be the actual downfall of civilization.
